These terms apply to the experiences and coordination services offered by Go & Glow MX.

Requests: submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A trip is confirmed only once our team confirms availability and any applicable payment terms with you directly.

Pricing: prices shown on this site are per person and reflect the inclusions listed for each package. Anything not listed is not included.

Travel documents: each traveler is responsible for carrying valid documentation required to cross the border.

Third-party services: appointments, clinics, hotels and restaurants are operated by independent providers. Go & Glow MX coordinates these services and is not responsible for the professional decisions of those providers.

Changes and cancellations: policies for changes, cancellations and refunds are confirmed with you at the time of booking.
